HOW DO YOU DELIVER THE IMAGES?

I will send you a link to an online image gallery allowing you access to download and store your digital high resolution images locally on your hard drive or your computer. Images will be available for 30 days via this link after which time they will be stored locally on my computer for a maximum of 6 months.

HOW LONG UNTIL i RECIEVE THE IMAGES?

Depending on the project you can expect delivery of your image gallery and/or videography 2 to 4 weeks following your photographic shoot. Quick turn arounds can be arranged please enquire for pricing.

HOW DO I SECURE A PHOTOGRAPHY SESISON WITH YOU?

When you confirm that you would like to book me as your photographer (via email or phone is fine), I will send you an online booking form which includes an online contract as well as your invoice requesting a non-refundable deposit. Your shoot will be deemed secured once we receive your deposit.

what is your process?

1. Once I have received confirmation that you would like to proceed, I promptly set up a call to discover more about your business and your requirements from the shoot.

2. I will then allocate a day/s on location for your photography shoot.

3. An invoice will be sent outlining your requirements and package details upon which time a non-refundable 30% deposit will be requested to secure your shoot. With full payment required on final image delivery.

4. I will photograph a series of images within the allocated time frame of your package.

5. Once complete you can expect to receive your edited image gallery within 2-4 weeks of your shoot.

6. All imagery will be delivered as high resolution jpegs via my preferred digital storage. A link will be sent via email allowing you access to download and store locally on a hard drive or your computer.

Im not exactly sure what imagery my brand needs?

I can perform a complimentary image audit on your brand before we commence, alternatively I can send you our brand imagery checklist to help identify your imagery requirements.

IS MY DEposIT REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERRABLE?

In the unlikely event a shoot needs to be rescheduled your deposit and any moneys paid are fully transferrable to another date. Should the shoot need to be cancelled indefinitely within 2 weeks of the shoot date the photographer reserves the right to retain your initial 30% deposit.

do you supply talent?

This is highly dependent on the project. I do have access to a small bank of talent. Often I will establish the requirements of the shoot first, make suggestions around the most suitable talent for your project and make decisions from there. We always welcome the use of brand ambassadors or contractual talent.

am i required to attend the shoot?

Any brand representative is more than welcome to attend the shoot however should this not be feasible for whatever reason a meeting one week prior to the shoot will take place to ensure all of the finer details are mapped out.

i cant attend the shoot but still want to be actively involved in the planning.

We understand the nature of business as such we have implemented an easy to use online tool that helps us organize and share our ideas remotely with all project team members. Not only does this give you piece of mind but it also allows all team members to keep up to date, gather ideas spontaneously and in real time from wherever you or they are located. To get started an invitation will be sent via email once we have secured your shoot.

do you supply raw images?

We only supply your image gallery in high resolution jpegs.

do you retouch my images?

I edit every photo this includes colour correction and/or minor skin blemishes. More premium re-touching such as removal of objects in the backgrounds or distracting elements, can be arranged at a fee per image which will be quoted upon by request and must be accepted prior to any work being carried out. Unfortunately at this time we do not offer specialized body retouching.

do you travel interstate or internationally?

I love travelling and regularly travel interstate and internationally for shoots and videography. *As I am based in Australia we do currently have some travel restrictions in place please contact me for the latest.

i have a location request?

I love to travel to different locations, however if you are outside of my agreed 30km radius of Bacchus Marsh, Victoria there may be an additional fee. This will be established on a case by case basis. All travel fees will be agreed upon in writing (if applicable) in the client invoice.

do you assist with planning, Styling & Shoot direction?

I have my own in house stylist and creative director. We assist with the planning, styling and creative direction of your shoot. We provide guidance throughout the whole process. We can also work directly with your marketing team if required. This will be discussed during our initial phone contact.

do you offer videography?

Yes I offer videography. Packages are available upon request.

DO YOU offer collaborative shoots?

As we are a small studio we are only able to offer 2 collaborative shoots per year. Please forward your proposal to chris@chrisburns.photography.
